Museum of the Origins of the Polish State

A multimedia account of the birth of Poland, on Lake Jelonek.

The exhibition runs from the early strongholds, through the baptism and the Congress of Gniezno, to the fragmentation of the realm. Reconstructions, models and projections instead of glass cases with captions.

It works with no preparation and very well with children. It combines naturally with a walk by the water and the view of the cathedral from the far shore.
